-Check the exterior for weather damage.

-Check the exterior for possible forced entry.

-Check for entry from Pests.

-Check all Light fixtures.

-Visually check the roof from the ground.

-Visually check the A/C unit.

-Visually check the Fence.

-Check the Mailbox and remove mail.

-Remove possible fliers/newspapers from the grounds.

Home Watch (Interior)

-Check HVAC operation to ensure proper heating or cooling.

-Cycle plumbing: faucets, toilets, etc.

-Check all windows, doors, ceilings, walls, floors, and baseboards for possible water damage, pest infestation other unknown concerns.

-Check the refrigerator, freezers, beverage coolers....etc.

-Verify security system is operating.

-Check wi-fi functionality.
